This guideline defines information to be disclosed in line with the Article 42 of the “Rule for Disclosure in Stock and Securities Market” to ensure that all the information disclosed herewith is accurate, complete, fair and timely, define disclosure related work procedures and requirements for management of such disclosed information and prevent unfair insider trading of shares by employees.
