The personal information will be collected and used for providing answers to each quotation and its related work process.
- 3. Retention period and process of personal information
Shinsung E&G deletes the users’ personal information without delay as soon as the purpose of collection and use is achieved or upon request of the users. The papers recorded with personal information will be shredded or incinerated, and that of the electronic files will be deleted by using a method with which the content cannot be recovered technically.
The company processes the provided personal information after verifying the person or legal representative who requested inspection, correction, deletion or suspension of the information according to the right of information holders.
